Lake Keepit

Lake Keepit holds many fond memories for me; we have visited it twice so far and would love to return there again one of these days. This lake was formed by the construction of this dam, and it was officially opened back in October 1960. The wall was built by the water conservation and irrigation commission.
This early morning scene was captured not long after sunrise, just as the first rays of sunlight hit the dam.
