Description

This gorge has so many different facets to it, the holes are hollowed out from a small pebble that gets trapped in the sandstone and turbulently gets thrusted around when the water is running over it.

Love the comp and colors in this, Debbie. A very nice scene. As to your question on steel wool; we were at my friend's business, in his parking lot. We had a fork lift machine that allowed the person spinning the burning steel wool, to be positioned directly overhead. So, it was a pretty easy shot. If you google "Steel Wool Photography" you'll see lots of fun images. :-) #11309126
