Two Arrows, one bow!

Description

This sensational moment was captured at the outskirts of Mysore. Blue-tailed Bee-eaters have a typical behavior of perching on low-hanging branches with the kill securely held in their beaks. They have a very predictive behavior of diving into the air and magnetically sucking an insect into their beaks; they then chew them (and do NOT swallow them) and quench their thirst with all the juice and finally spit the crushed pulp back to nature. This composition thrilled me as I saw a Bow-like perch making a perfect frame for a pair of Blue-tailed bee-eaters looking in opposite direction and creating an interesting T frame. The action of killing and chewing is sinister only for the human consciousness, not for nature; for nature it is a song of serenity, an acceptable gesture of existence!
