Golden Del Reflections

Uploaded: February 06, 2015 | Entered: February 06, 2015 07:34:18

Description

It was low tide and the sun dipped low in the late afternoon giving the Hotel Del Coronado a golden glow.
I walked carefully behind the seagulls so as to not disturb them to catch the Del's reflection in the sand.
The water was cool but not too bad.
When I got back I discovered that someone had stolen my shoes!
Who would have thought someone would steal shoes at the Hotel Del Coronado?
I guess they needed them more than me..lol!

This iconic hotel was the site for the movie "Some Like It Hot" with Marilyn Monroe and Jack Lemon and is listed as a National Historic landmark.
