Gloomy skies over Sydney

We have just returned home from our 8 week holiday travelling through Australia. One of our nations biggest treasures are the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, where we were just a week ago.
Our thoughts go out to the victims caught up in the seige there for 17 hours ending last night with 2 innocent lives being lost.

Welcome back, Ms DU, from your 8 week trek thru beautiful Australia - we missed you! Your title and capture surely reflect the mood of your country and it's citizens on this sad morning after. Please know we in America send our thoughts and prayers to the hostages who endured this horrific ordeal and also to the innocent lives lost and their families. #11207453Amalia Sylvia Arriaga Salinas December 16, 2014
