Texting in Dilworth Park

Description

While I was checking out the new Dilworth Park (in front of Philly's City Hall), this passer-by stopped texting to check ME out! It's the same treatment (Topaz Impression) as my previous Dilworth Park post, and the same sky swapped in. I'm standing at about "5 O'Clock" from my previous view point.

Exif: F Number: 6.3, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/500 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 400, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 28.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark III
