The "Rocky Steps" of the Philadelphia Museum of Art provided the best vantage point for viewing the "Lights Over Ben Franklin Parkway" show in October of 2012. Hundreds of searchlights had been mounted on many buildings along the Ben Franklin Parkway, and were being beamed randomly onto works of art and other features on the parkway. The exhibit ran for over a month in Philadelphia.
