Description

The Indian Summer is in full swing in our Bay Area. Although the weather is summary, the speed of the falling sun proves we are not in the summer. I wanted to capture the twilight color that is changing rapidly before my eyes. To achieve that goal, I had to instinctively decide the composition and wait for the right timing of the wave motion. Photographed at Rockaway Beach, Pacifica, CA.

very beautiful, but a gibbous moon can't be that close to the sun's setting position. Where exactly did the sun set? It should be almost 180 degrees behind the photographer. Beautiful scene, love the water. #11168637
