UPDATE: The dog is back home, more antibiotic and a new halo collar and newly wrapped foot. He's not pleased.
Cotton is doing much better physically, not so much mentally. Not too bad in the mornings, downhill in the evenings. Sad.

If there is any info, it shows. Many photos have the EXIF stripped out when people modify the image and resave it, before uploading.
