It's too early to think about lunch or dinner so will have to settle for my bowl of raw oats, chopped banana, sprinkle of raisins and walnuts, spoonful of plain yoghurt and a dribble of honey and of course some 2%. Now there, perhaps things aren't so bad after all and I can enjoy your colourful image Sherran.
I never buy take out but do confess to always having a DeGiorno Supreme frozen pizza in the freezer and one of those tarted up with extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese, some chopped red, green and yellow bell peppers and maybe some jalepeno pieces does wonders.
