The Chair
Uploaded: January 11, 2014
This was taken in the Picasso Museum in Paris. The museum is housed in a fine old mansion in the Marais district. This photo was taken in the basement, an area I found particularly nice because of the juxtaposition of old and new. The museum has been closed for four years for renovation and is due to reopen in June 2014; it will doubtless be a completely new space when it does.
The seat of this chair was not red, but I did think it would be cool if it was :)

Very nice Nikki. I usually don't care for selective color images, but this one is fits the bill. Good job! #1559028Jeff Robinson January 11, 2014

Wow! This is certainly an award winner, Nikki. You've made it seem a shame that this space will be renovated. The red seat was a great touch! #10942850JO ANN CLEVELAND January 11, 2014
