Framed

Description

A stack of old frames for sale at Junkstock - a wonderful and festive flea market/antiques and collectibles sale held here annually - caught my eye. They framed nothing of interest. I had the idea to put a scene in the opening, but everything I tried was too busy; so I settled toning the area to complement the frames themselves and then applied a simple crackle texture for a bit of interest.

Terrific editing choice… The crackle texture simply looks like a wall surface the frames are stacked against… Great idea, nice find, and we'll done, #1556264
