Kirsi Bertolini November 09, 2005

It took me forever to go thru other comments! And I don't think this is anywhere close to your best, so what do I know?? Thumbnail looks great but I have few questions. Why the brown in the upper corner? And why broken shadow on the bottom?

I tip my hat for you from going from red to dark to beige to blue in one week... #2056336

Judy S. Fung November 10, 2005

Wonderful colors and still life, Rakesh! #2060257

Carolyn J. Connolly November 13, 2005

Very interesting image, Rakesh...but I have to agree with Kirsi - I don't think it "is anywhere close to your best..." - but maybe also like Kirsi, "what do I know??"!! ;o)

I ALSO wondered "why the brown in the upper corner? And why (the) broken shadow on the bottom?"!! Another question I would pose is why place the 'cooler' drink right in the middle of the image? In my hunble opinion, it would have been better placed a little to one side or the other... :o)

I think you had a great IDEA for this image, Rakesh, but I'm not convinced that it has come off exactly as you might have hoped...or had originally planned... :o( I hope these comments are helpful, as they are given as constructive criticism! Generally, I really LOVE your gallery images, so keep up the GREAT work!! :o) #2071947
