Hey Dino: Sorry for not responding right away. The photo (Full Moon) was shot at Liberty St. Pk. using a Nikon Coolpix Digital 950 camera using a large file. The original file looks very little like final result. I had a concept to show N.Y.City for the Millenium in a modern futuristic way.
Working in Adobe Photoshop my vision of Full Moon Rising came to be. #85
