LOVE this color! And it is a great point of view too :) MAYBE take more off the top and right to offset the top a little bit? Not sure without seeing it :) #1550329

Great perspective and colors in this! Oh, yeah, details, too! #10882975

One of the best of this type shot I've seen Mike. Well done. #10883095

Elaine Hessler October 28, 2013

Nice!!! I want to see it vertically for some reason. I keep turning my head so I can see it that way, but I don't think it is working. If it was vertical, would the patch of blue sky break up the flow of this image?

Nice fall shot:) #10883255

Wow - I love this shot. Gorgeous color and wonderful POV. I can just see you laying under this mass of brilliance! #10883316

This is nice, Mike. The patch of blue seems a bit distracting to me. #10883377

Thank you all and thanks for the suggestions. Here are two new versions. 1 corp off top and right and the other the same version rotated and fliped to vertical. The crop may also address Jeff's issue. Let me know Jeff. This was a beautiful tree Dale. Oak is not native arround here and this was planted at the local park.

Yes I did lie down and shoot up Debbie. It was a nice day and very comfortable as opposed to today with rain, snow and cold. #10883480

Stephen Shoff October 28, 2013

I like Elaine's vertical suggestion. #10883493

Dale Hardin October 28, 2013

I agree with Stephen, and Elaine, that the vertical improves the shot. #10883494

Peter W. Marks October 29, 2013

Mike, the vertical truly emphasizes the tallness of this tree and the perspective is perfect. And those colors! That's how to make the desert residents
really jealous!
This is going to make a wonderful print. #10883572

Jeff E Jensen October 29, 2013

Yup, the vertical crop did the trick! #10883620

Thank you all. Yes, a great suggestion Elaine. I am definitly going with the vertical.

Peter though we are in a high desert the trees and colors in town where things are planted and watered are wonderful and this was a good year. #10884369
