RIP Jan Williams

---
Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of the passing of Bill's cherished friend. In the few months that I knew her, my world was much enriched. We lit a candle.
----
Jan was of Welsh ancestry and adored almost everything associated with the storied Wales. So it would be fitting and proper to listen to the poet, Dylan Thomas, read his "Do Not Go Gently into that Good Night" (www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mRec3VbH3w)
-------
Bill and I worked on this photo together. Bill pressed the remote shutter release.
---
Note: The blue remembrance bracelet that I'm wearing is for our BP friend, Joe DiGilio, whose life ended this past April after a year-long brilliant battle against esophageal cancer. To the end, he was a perfect role model. The bracelet inscription is "No man fights alone."

Beautiful and sad at the same time. Emotional, heart breaking, but the fact that they are remembered lets us know they will always be alive in our hearts. #10847664Lindley Johnson September 19, 2013
