Firing up #3

Uploaded: May 06, 2013

Description

Another view of the B-17, Memphis Belle.
I kicked the f-stop way up to get a slow shutter speed to keep from freezing the prop. It's interesting to watch one of these guys fire up.

f-16, 1/45sec, ISO200, 170mm, hand held

Wow...I recognized her from the thumbnail! My Dad navigated a B-17 in WWII (three missions before he was shot down) so I have my eye out for the Belle!

Beautifully done, Denny. #10683956
