Must admit, I've only ever seen them in zoos, better than road kill though. I'm with Kiki, pity we only see them in zoos, it's such a shame we don't look after the animals more. Thanks for showing us all=^..^= #10667955

This is a nocturnal Wombat, that I found hiding in its den at the National Aquarium and Zoo in Canberra! It is good to see a live animal, most people only see them as road kill!
Taken at 1/60th f16.0 and ISO-200.
