All in a Day's Work
Uploaded: April 13, 2013
Looking out my (dirty!) window at work, downtown Houston, Texas.
The foreground files are on a credenza by the window.
The far files are a reflection, and the view is beyond that.
Taken with Samsung Galaxy SII smart phone.
Black and white conversion in Topaz Black & White Effects 2.

Hi Peggy...I really like this one...looks great in b/w and the layering of files, reflection and city beyond adds a wonderful sense of depth. #10651980Marilyn Cornwell April 13, 2013
This is a keeper and a gem! I see a story here - the disenfranchised urban worker - the new intellectual factory workers...who would have thought intellectual work would become so regimented.Your image is a social commentary and a wonderful one! #10652086

This is quite incredible Peggy. The black and white and texture is the perfect choice. Love how you have the real files, then the reflection and the look it gives the picture as we go back and see the buildings and the sky line. Very creative. Get the windex out girl, time to clean some windows. A work of art my friend. #10652111Peggy Pfister April 13, 2013

Very well seen, Peggy. This is an excellent image. As for the window washers, bet all you have to do is hold the camera up as if you are asking permission and they'll say sure. Then you can shoot away.Peggy Pfister April 13, 2013
Thanks very much for the encouragement and the chuckle, Nikki! #10652183Debbie Bray April 14, 2013
One of those amazing images where you find it hard to work out where the reflection starts and ends - a great image, Peggy! #10652789Peggy Pfister April 14, 2013
