GOD BLESS!

Description

---
This was just one of many "features" in a vacant lot in a blighted neighborhood in Philadelphia. Dennis, the man who single-handedly had taken charge of decorating the street (murals honoring a murdered friend, holiday theme painting of hydrants, abandoned doorways, alleys, etc) gave us a quick tour of his "work."

The photo was taken in March of 2012.
