Wonderful textures and a beautiful work of art, Ann! #1508569Nikki McDonald January 12, 2013
This is just beautiful, Ann - I like the capture a lot and especially love your desaturation and the texture you used. This should go on. Making it a favorite. #10512111Ann Lyssenko January 12, 2013
Nikki, I have to confess that I did not desaturate the image and the texture was part of the scene. The only thing I did do was put a French Kiss edge on it and reduce the opacity to about 50%, using the eye dropper and picking a brown color for the edge. This hacienda is very old and the walls are a work of art unto themselves. Thanks for liking the image. Ann #10512155Thomas E. Hinds January 12, 2013

This will be HUGE favorite (as opposed to just a normal favorite) for me. We'll see it as a winner! #10512849Carol Flisak January 13, 2013

Thanks! Ann #10512985Nikki McDonald January 14, 2013
Thanks for filling in the details, Ann - even better that you needed to do so little. You couldn't have chosen a better background than the natural one. It's a work of art. #10515186Ann Lyssenko January 14, 2013
Thanks Nikki. When I was in Mexico, the tour leader, Jeremy Woodhouse, encouraged us to go without tripod. So I did. This can make some things easier and other things more difficult. Ann #10515451Ellen Hodges January 15, 2013
