INDIA5779/ typical day in Varanasi
Description: every direction stroll people
every direction chaotic cacophonous incessant movement of richshaws tuc tucs beggars pedestrians
there are no right sides
there are no traffic lights
there is no control whatsoever
it is pure unadulterated energy stimulation and it takes the WESTERNER some time to even conceive that his really works, but it does. If you are agoraphobic you cannot live here.
Paranoid ? forget about it!
INDIA is a constant stream and I dare to say a dangerous stream of humanity night and day.
The population continues to grow and grow and grow. There is no limitations. The streets of this
amazing city for a photographer like myself is paradise.
For someone not at all used to being uncomfortable, detained, groped, interfered with, stared and yelled at this may not be your idea of a honeymoon. India is and I say this with great affection
a big chaotic mess!
God bless INDIA and may it keep granting me visas and opportunities a photog
