Tie Tack

Uploaded: December 25, 2012

Description

I received a nifty macro lens accessory for phone cameras (a wide rubber band with an embedded double convex plastic lens.)
It allows the phone camera lens to be placed about 1" from the subject, and the focus falls off pretty fast, perhaps like a Lensbaby...
This is a tiny (not quite 1" top to bottom) tie tack sitting on blue jeans, further edited on the phone with PSExpress.
Shot with iPhone5, not Canon 7D as indicated below in error!

Exif: F Number: 2.4, ExposureTime: 1/15 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 500, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 4.13 mm, Model: iPhone 5

Cool tack. I really like the dof of your new toy. Well composed... :-)

Thanks, Bob! Forgot to put my sig/logo on it, and re-uploaded...

Thanks folks!
Peggy, it is a very low tech gadget, and thus kind of quirky and yet fun to play with, for sure! #10480240
