I'm a sucker for symmetrical patterns, Lisa, so naturally I love this image. The beauty of this shot is that it would work in or out of focus and with or without blown highlights. Like the subtle hint of color as well. #1503313

great find...it appears alittle flat so I would used a level adjustment or a little more tonal contrast. the camera that is in it...I would either retitle your image "watching you" or clone it out. #10462848

Jeff E Jensen December 13, 2012

Well, I really like this. It does feel a tad soft, perhaps a touch of high pass filter? Otherwise, looks good. I do like the hint of colour (for those of you that spell your words funny) as well. #10462884

This is great Lisa! Love the symmetry! #10463420

Very nice, Lisa. Like a basket weave! At first I thought that was what I was looking at in the small image. I do think that a bit of high pass would put the icing on this one! #10464189

Super building, super image Lisa. When browsing through the thumbnails I thought I was looking at a bracelet. #10464588

Very nice, Lisa! I didn't notice the camera and had to search for it after reading Rita's comment.

Did you try any of Jeff's techniques and get some diagonal patterns? #10464629

Beth Spencer December 14, 2012

I love the patterns in this one. Great patterns and I would love to see the whole building. #10464684

When I first saw this, it reminded me of something but didn't know what. Then today, it came to me. It was my wrist watch band. So I had to take a shot just for the heck of it. #10465612

Hi, thanks everyone! I agree I should change the title of this photo. The picture of your watch band is pretty great, Dale! They do look similar. Maybe that was the architect's inspiration. One day, sitting staring at his watch...ah ha! I don't have any good pictures of the whole building, but this might give you an idea #10465839

Beth Spencer December 16, 2012

Hey thanks for putting the picture of the building. It looks really interesting. #10467174

You have to give credit to those Chinese folks. Now they have found a way to knit a building. It takes wire-wool to a whole new level. #10467428

Teresa H. Hunt December 22, 2012

What an interesting building. You're photo is great, and I like the fact that the camera is so small . . . like it's hiding. :)

I do think your photo could benefit from a bit of high pass #10475427
