Down south here they call this a snowball bush flower. They are indeed beautiful and usually come in pink or blue. Both are beautiful and the I love how the ball is made up of a bunch of little flowers. You filled the frame with its beauty and I love the textured finish to the picture dear friend. Frank, this is an early stage of a (pink) hydrangea. A neighbor had several hydrangeas growing a few years ago, including this early-stage one I'd never seen before. So nice to come across something new, isn't it?
