Cute! At first I thought he was doing a Kung fu move the way he has his leg out! Looks like a lot of fun! #10408803

Looks like a blast. I agree on the impression of a Kung fu move. #10409111

Not wanting to be a party pooper but- Yes while it's fun, people have been killed when one of those round bales rolls down a sloping field. They weigh from 700lb upwards. It is not something I would encourage kids to play on.

I am sure the kung fu thought came across his mind. Pete thanks this had stakes in the ground behind it so it wouldn't move so the kids could play on it. #10409684

Very fun shot! #10409770

And thanks for your response re the stakes, Rita. Now, anyone else who looks at your gallery and sees this fun image will know what to check for if they imitate it. #10409819

Rita -- this is a very cool action shot that you caught here with your good timing. I rarely get the chance to take pictures of hay bales but did get close enough to take a few shots when traveling through Amish country. How is that tooth doing? #10410614

Cute action shot! :~) I got the impressing this was a karate kick or something. I see you already entered it, but I would have suggested straightening the horizon if you had more room than what is shown here. Ya know someone has to say something...Dale isn't here! #10411775

thanks debbie, hay bales can be interesting to take picture of.

aimee I thought about that but if you look at the hay bale it is straight and the back horizon really had that tilt. #10412098
