Red Mountain Revealed
Description: Morning clouds begin their midday withdraw from the southeast face of Red Mountain,Snoqhalmie Pass, WA. The Mountain's name is due to iron ore levels in the rock which provide a red and rusty color tone. View taken from Pacific Crest Trail, approx 5300 ft elevation, along west slope of Kendall Peak.
