This is just the framing I would have chosen, too. Wonderful. Sad about the fires but it sure gave you a beauty of a shot, Dale!

Thanks Laura. At first, when I came into town, I was surprised because I didn't remember ever having fog in Wenatchee. Then I smelled the smoke and realized what had happened. Fires were very common when I was raised there over 60 years ago. #10388420

Forest fire smoke is common here, too, in the summer, Dale. British Columbia, west of us, always has fires and the smoke gets carried through the Rockies. We camp a lot in Banff National Park and I always feel bad when there is smoke because the tourists are really banking on beautiful photos when they are here. What can a person do? #10388436
