Hi Chris!

Very cool!!! Nice clean image with very distinct lines, both straight and circular. The choice of focus was brilliant making the clear distinction between objects and their relation to height. It was well thought out and a really neat POTD! Big round of applause!

Thank you all very, very much! While perhaps not very visibly "Icelandic" in appearance, it is one of my favorite captures from walkabouts in Reykjavik. It was shot from a little pedestrian bridge that passed over a sunken courtyard, so I was able to shoot straight down on the scene, I think at f/4, to slightly blur the seat from the table. Not sure why my shot details (aperture, shutter, etc) didn't automatically appear in the BP POTD email notice! #10379622
