Mossy Foss
Uploaded: September 18, 2012 11:05:30
'Foss' is Icelandic for waterfall. We spotted this shallow, but very spread-out waterfall running below surrounding ground level, along the road.
None of the actual falls were higher than probably 8 feet, but there were so many, and so many beautiful, moss-covered rocks and boulders.
It was a great opportunity to put my variable ND to use; I was a little obsessed with capturing waterfalls with the ND on this trip!

This turned out great. The ND filter was put to get use. It looks so smooth...and the moss covered rocks are tack-sharp and colorful. #10327543
