Really neat! Was this in a window in Japan? Just curious. Nice colors! #1485254Dale Hardin September 08, 2012
Thanks Elaine. Yes, it was. As a matter in fact,on the same street as the sunglasses shot. I did do a bit of cleanup on this image though for some errant shadows that appeared on the background. #10314193Rita K. Connell September 08, 2012
a very cool shot dale I like the placementof the purses but it might be a little tight on the left side of the purses. #10314274Dale Hardin September 08, 2012
Thanks Rita. Here's another shot I took at the same time with all the room that was avialable. #10314501lisa anderson September 08, 2012
Japan seems like such a great place to visit! I like the original crop best. Were the stores as interesting as their window displays? #10314769Elaine Hessler September 08, 2012
I like the second crop better:) #10314774Dale Hardin September 08, 2012
Thank you both, Lisa and Elaine, but you have to play nice. :o) Here's another version just to break the stalemate. #10314845Kristin Duff September 08, 2012
This photo is TOO much fun. I want one of those handbags in every colour! #10314860Michael Kelly September 08, 2012
Great color - just jumps off the screen. The edit with more room is much better, and the other shot is great too. #10314865

I loved the shop windows over there. Wish I'd taken the time to go into the stores just to see. #10314926Jeff E Jensen September 09, 2012
Very unique, Dale. For a minute, I thought this was one of your Photoshop creations! #10315132Debbie E. Payne September 09, 2012
LOVE the colors and the design. I like the edit with a bit more room on the left-hand side. This makes me want to go back. This is for sure a winner! #10315468Dale Hardin September 09, 2012
Thank you Jeff. And Debbie, I agree with everyone that the wider shot is better. Will probably repost the BP entry. When, when, when will I ever learn to check with the Phellos first??!? #10315535Rita K. Connell September 09, 2012
I really like the one with more room...love all the color but I am a little purse carrier theses are way to big! Dale I know that sometimes when you are excited about a shot you just want to jump you just have to remember there is almost always a tweak that we can find....LOL #10315595Beth Spencer September 09, 2012
Dale I love the colors on these and I bet we will see this one again #10316246Anthony L. Mancuso September 09, 2012
I thought this was a PS creation when I saw it too... I actually like the tension created by the tight crop in the original post. I worry about the remnants of shadows and reflections I can see in regards to this shot advancing in the contest.I want the bright orange one... #10316268
Dale Hardin September 09, 2012
Thanks Rita and Beth.Thank you Tony. I think you're right about the reflections in the glass. Very hard to get rid of, though if I thought this would go anyplace, I would go to the trouble to get rid of them. #10316286
