Beautiful, fluffy white feathers, with such a nice bit of black design. No wonder the bird wants to keep up his/her appearnace, Kiki!
I'm with John on the neck flexibility, and agree with Ann ~ it's so relaxing just to sit and watch them "taking care of business".

Look at that head! WOW! It almost looks 3D! Totally upside down too!!! I have never seen a preening image as original as this one, Sister Kiki!

You truly know how to capture the height of emotion and/or action. It's a gift!

I thought of you in Banff last week as we watched the horse teams pulling carriages and wagons around the city. I thought to myself, "You know, if Kirsten were here she'd know if the horses were happy and well or not!" :)
