...or paired for just one season? Wikipedia and other websites have conflicting views regarding the monogamy of ducks. Personally, I prefer the "for life" possibility.

Yep. (Re: Kiki's comment)...Swans are die-hards. I can tell you that. Lol...I second Yulianto's humorous comment as well! They might mate for life but they sometimes need their space. Just look at the reflection of her head! HA! She really needed to turn and gather her thoughts! HeeHee!!!
