Great image, Denise... I agree that it evokes many thoughts and emotions AND about not showing his face. It all works together just as you have presented it. #1460319

Thank you for your kind comments. I hope it can stand on it's own without commentary, but, it is one of my favorites because it was so unexpected.

I happened on this man one evening as I was driving. There are many things that draw me into this scene. Muted clothing and colorful flowers. Long shadows at the end of the day and his downcast gaze. His worn shoes, the "no" arrow pointing at the cars. The arrow also makes me think,do not turn off your pathway,keep walking,keep moving forward. And of course the flag jacket,is he a Veteran? Is he homeless? What is his story? I did not want his face to show, it only seemed right in this case.
