In keeping with my series on my family of 17 kitties this is my outside female Calico "Rouser" so named as when she was a baby rescued with her mother and 3 other sibs she was the first to look you in the eye and hiss. She was a little rabble rouser and the name was very appropriate. She stays on back poach and backyard where she rules the roost.

She is a beauty, Emile! And she looks like she knows what she wants! I love calico cats. I had one and she was the best hunter. Only a year old and she caught all the moles and snakes in the neighbourhood. Unfortunately, she was hit by the car and died. I still miss her a lot. This is a wonderful portrait of the member of your happy family! #1439306Robert R. Goodman January 26, 2012

Beautiful cat and capture, Emile. I am so glad she is safe with you. #9948840Debbie Bray January 26, 2012
She is most gorgeous, Emile! Tortoise shells have such strong little personalities, and their colourings make them all very pretty. (I used to have 18 kitties once, and my husband was most unimpressed!!) #9948928Ellen Hodges January 26, 2012
