Jack, I liked your three old books and how they were lit, but personally, I like this shot even better! Your grandmother's artwork is wonderful, and really makes the photo. Beautiful. #327255

It also says something about the type of home she might have lived in or that made an impression on her in her day. Early settlers often had the raised floors like this with no basements.

If your viewers find this fascinating I would suspect the judges would too, Jack. It would be a great honor to her to be remembered in this way.

I have a few prized possessions like this as well...Humm...You are giving me ideas! THANKS! :)
