Yes, a name for a lifetime friend IS important, Chris!
I'm sure this sweet photo will become a very special memento of that friendship's beginning.
Hope you and yours had a lovely Christmas, and that your New Year will be thoroughly happy! #1432478

There's nothing like friendship between a girl and her horse.
I know - I had one for 25 years.
And this is such a wonderful photo of the two, Chris. I'm so happy for your niece.
I wish you and your family all the best for the new year. #9886762

Thank you all so much for the comments. Her name has been changed to Arley, from Carley (a cousin's name)it was less of an effort for her to get use to. She knows my car after only looking after her for 3 weeks, she calls out when I drive in & comes to the car when I call her name. Animals know suckers miles off...... #9930673
