Native American

Description

f/6.3, 1/200 sec., +1EV, ISO-200, 200mm focal length.
~I took this at the Pow Wow event I recently attended and once again it had the baseball diamond in the background. However the American Flag was flying behind him and I thought it appropriate to leave in especially since this was their land before ours.~

Becky, you did a phenomenal job with this. I KNOW how difficult it is to get a shot without clutter in the background. It's a work of artistry. #9746035

Beautifully done. I agree with Michelle in that getting rid of all the background clutter takes a lot of work. I have to say seeing that painted in blood vein on his forehead reminds me of how I must have looked when my puppies worked all night bringing in sod to our living room. lol #9746251

This is an outstanding portrait and outstanding PP. My only objection to many of th pow wows that is several participants now (not always in the past), do not look like native Americans! #9747937
