Description

I photographed this Chiricahua Apache at the Marching thru History event in Chino, California. He is wearing an extremely rare headpiece with eagle feathers.

I erased everything around him (except the grass) and added "AlienSkin" texture (completely desaturated) from Shadowhouse Creations in two separate layers: one at 100% multiply and one at 100% color. I then used the brush tool to apply Nik Color Efex Pro Tonal Contrast in varying amounts.

Hi Robert;
Your texture work is, as always, fantastic. I really like your composition as this indian looks off in the direction his gun is held. The conversion is a nice touch, too.
