Wonderful capture and timing Patricia! #1406568Patricia A. Casey September 06, 2011
Thank you so much, Nadia...I'm very fortunate to live where I do. We had many Harris Hawks, Great Northern Owls, Herons, Swans....and all types of small birds....I'm not a birder, but I used to fly gliders...so I really have a wonderful relationship with the sky and all those wonderful creatures who can fly without an airplane...just their magnificent feathers....The trick to capturing these wonderful birds is to be quick and be where they are....this one happened to be in my friend's yard when we were visiting....lucky me!Kitty R. Thank you Kitty...when I first saw this bird fly into the tree I wasn't sure if it was an eagle or hawk....it was big...and he/she sure was gorgeous. Thank you for your comments and viewing! =^..^= #9659763Tammy Espino September 08, 2011
Wonderful capture! They are fun to watch, huh? :) #9660746Patricia A. Casey September 08, 2011
You bet....we have quite a few pairs w/kids since we can supply them with lots of little cottontails for food. I'm always thrilled to see our wild life in our community of 25,000 homes.....haven't seen javalina for quite some time....but we still have the coyote, roadrunners, hawks, owls and of course hummingbirds...Thanks Tammy for viewing! Cheers =^..^= #9660940Karen Celella September 09, 2011
