Gorgeous capture of this incredible hawk, Ronald! Beautifully done! Just a few days ago I watched a program I believe on PBS that dealt with red tail hawks in New York ... amazing, as it took you from hatchlings to their first flights and what they had to go through. The nest was on a window sill in a posh apartment building housing famous celebrities :-)!!

Thank you very much, Donna, Stan, and Rakesh. This gentleman was in a raptor recovery program in Iowa. I thought that meant something like an alcoholic recovery program. Us city guys have a lot to learn. He had a badly damgaged right wing and not an dependency problem.. #1843909
