Wonderful composition, treatment and texture, Dale. #1404282

Thanks Nancy. I was very pleased with how the clouds coupled with motion blur came out. Will have to try that again. #9637032

Thank you Lucille. I've been encouraged to try some new approaches by my friend Robert Jensen. It's a stretch for me but I'm learning. #9638557

Robert does such wonderful work I also enjoy his techniques as well. It is great to see how different people do different things. I wish we didn't have a war to contemplate. This is very well done. #9641467

I agree. This looks good on auto images as well. #9641501

Excellent DD work Dale. The background texture and paint effects greatly enhance the image. You captured a strong pose in both horse and rider.

I'd like to see the placement of your subjects moved to the left so there is more space in front of the horses nose and the subjects are visually more centered.

This would put the vertical line of the rider closer to the one third line rather than centered. #9644847

I totally agree Irene, but that was the edge of the shot. Of course in retrospect, with the new background it would have been a walk in the park to add to the scene. Should have run this by you before posting. :o)

Here is a very crude 5 minute variation. #9644912

Sorry for the late acknowledgment Wm. Have been on a road trip for the last month and just got home. Have NO idea when I'll ever find time to process all the images. :o) #9690221
