Description

Here is a sunset panorama taken at McDonald Pass (located along the Continental Divide just outside of Helena, Montana), right after a rain shower. This 7-shot panorama was captured by resting a homemade panoramic nodal bracket holding the DSLR (digital single lens reflex) camera with vertical grip vertically set at ISO 400 and f/22 using a wide-angle zoom lens (12 to 24) on top of a fence pole (as seen to the left). Entered into the “Nature & Landscapes” category.

GPS: Approximate location, latitude 46° 33' 42.78" N, longitude 112° 18' 46.87" W.
