Remember When There Were No Cell Phones

Uploaded: July 26, 2011 20:50:45

Description

This was taken in May 2011 when my husband and I stopped at a rest stop on our way down to Monticello, Illinois. I took this because it reminded me of my days in school when my parents made sure I always had change with me to make a call. My husband and I also made sure our daughter had change on her to make a call in case her plans changed. I remember when you could find a pay phone at any street corner, but now try and find one.

I took this with my Nikon CoolPix 2570, 17.3 mm, ISO 400, 1/60s, F-5.4, OEV - Auto 0.
