A Taste of Chicago

Uploaded: July 21, 2011

Description

1/250s @ f/8.0, ISO 100. (T&P).
Taken from my hotel room (19th floor) from an open window, this past Saturday. Although we have stayed here countless times, this is the first time we have had such a great view! So even though I didn't bring my regular camera gear, I couldn't resist! Looking out across Michigan Avenue to Lake Michigan. The John Hancock Bldg (what you can see of it) is the first building on the far right.

Exif: F Number: 8, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/250 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 30.50 mm, Model: Canon PowerShot G12

Wonderful capture here, just like a sandwich, the building walls lead to a view of the lake in the middle ~ that beckons and is so inviting. Great capture Rona. #9548286
