Isosceles Triangles

Uploaded: June 16, 2011

Description

1/60s @ f/16, ISO 160, Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 @ 24mm.(EoD)
Another in my series of the ceiling structure designed by I.M.Pei for the East Building, National Gallery of Art. Faced with a difficult site, Pei employed forms that worked with the shape of the land. The isosceles triangle became the unifying motif of the building, repeated in the marble floors, steel frame and glass skylights.

Exif: F Number: 16, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/60 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 160, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 24.00 mm, Model: NIKON D700

I just realized that I never said a big "Thank you" to everyone! I had fun with these, especially since I was not on a photo shoot, but just out with friends and a camera. #9508526
