Description

A Venice Beach street musician with the ocean in the background. I shot this with a -1.7 exposure compensation to get deeper color in the sky, but then lightened his face and the umbrella in Photoshop. I didn't want to lose the nice streak of light coming down across him. I had tried this shot with fill flash, but it washed out the color of the sky and ocean (and we were on bicycles, so I didn't have my ND filter with me).
