Description

Pelicans have lived here for over 50 years but their time is limited as these piles have to be removed to allow the flow of the river!!! You gotta wonder who makes these rules. Lens aperture f/5.5, shutter speed 1/250sec, focal length 42mm, ISO 160. Taken with a Sony DSC-H70

Craziness well carried out, I say!! The poor birds!! Flow of the river - that sounds like a 'good' story to me!! :o(

I wonder too, Chris....lots of those kind of decisions here too...truly government(s) are no longer run by the people through their legislators....oh well I digress....this is a wonderfully timed capture...The pelicans may be wiser than the decision makers...they will find a new place to rest....Cheers! #9503525
