Blurred Lakefont Lighthouse
Description: First I super saturated an otherwise dull photo. I then blurred a layer but was unable to reopen the background layer as was done in the Lesson example. No real idea why somtimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I sharpened the photo first with Nik Sharpening assuming that would make the blurring more effective. Once I applied this filter, hile I could see the background layer I could not open it. So the image is submitted without this step.
