Lorri, thank you for the nice comment. this image was very different before I started working on it. Accualyy did it for a photoshop class I was taking. It has many steps. This was a statue on a pier. I cropped it,cloned it, used ripple filter in ps with mask on eye part,warmth and brilliance filter, darken edges. #1885858
